How can I track customer visits with a digital pass on my craft studio?

I have a craft studio and want to have passes that customers can purchase for a set number of classes or visits.

For example, they purchase a 10 class bundle, I am able to check them and track the visits. Or, they purchase a pass that allows so many visits a month. Is there an app that can track this? Do I use a digital gift card, add the total value and just deduct from it as they come in? Is there an app for a digital  pass/card that integrates with Shopify?

That's a great question! This can be done in a few ways either via a ticketing app or a booking app. I'm happy to let you know what's best, but, before I do so I just want to get a bit more context. If you could answer the following questions it would be helpful in finding out what works for you. 

1)  Are the classes on specific dates?

2) Are the classes flexible? 

3) Will there be a discount for the bundled pass? 

For checking guests in, ticketing apps like Guest Manager, or Experiences App work best. However, for booking a class, apps like Sesami or BookThatApp work better. I suggest checking out the features in these apps in the meantime to see what fits best for your use case!

Our app has a subscription feature that can help you do it. they purchase the pass one time and later on they can come in and book until they finish the slots
