How can I track detailed return statistics with an app?

Hi,

We would love to be able to view detailed statistics on the returns we receive. Which collections/tags are returned the most? How many items are returned? Is it the same people that return? Etc etc. I've looked at the app store, but haven't been able to find any solutions. Right now we do it manually in a spreadsheet, which takes forever. I feel like this is something most people want/need, so there must be an app that does the trick.

Any suggestions? Is there an app that can do that?
