How can I track inventory across multiple warehouses with a kit component app?

Hello,

We are looking for an app that will allow us to properly track inventory with multiple warehouses. We are currently using Bundles to create kits for tracking inventory. It works great when we are fulfilling orders from one warehouse. However, we use multiple warehouses during the 4th Quarter to assist with holiday packaging. Bundles does not accurately pull inventory based on the fulfillment warehouse for each order and it is impossible to know what our inventory is at each warehouse during this time. Please help.
