How can I track sales referrals without affiliate links on Shopify?

Hello everyone!

I"m trying to solve a problem for one of my web clients.

Besides using affiliate links APP to track sales referrals.

This is what we need:

We need a system that would allow referrals from our representatives to be tracked,

so we can add commissions to it without having to create affiliate links?

We only need the referral link to be used among our sales reprintings only.

I there any option (s) on Shopify right now?

I really appreciate any suggestions that you may have.
