Good day! I am having an issue with the features of my store. I created a domain name for my business. Paid for it for a year. I then changed the name to make it simpler, and of course, had to pay for another domain name. The one I didn't want (the first one) had the "info@" email address that pointed to my personal email included. The 2nd domain name (the one I wanted) did not. When the year was up, I cancelled the first one and can't get anyone to help with adding the features, that I've clearly paid for, to the only domain/website that I currently have. I have sent an email to customer service to no avail. Is there anyone in this group that can help. Thanks!

It sounds like you would like to set up email forwarding from your new custom domain, is that correct? Once you purchase a domain from Shopify, you will can set up the forwarding emails directly from within the Shopify admin. If you use a third-party domain, then you can't set up email forwarding addresses from your Shopify admin. Email forwarding or hosting might be offered by your third-party domain provider, or you can transfer your domain to Shopify.
To set up email forwarding, the email with info@ that will deliver messages to your own email, you can follow the steps in this guide here. There is also a helpful video guide below if you prefer to see the steps visually!
Have you been receiving emails to your personal email still from your 1st domain that you no longer use?
