Hi, we started to use Shopify Email app. Everthing looks fine, but we cant find any way to translate the footer unsubscribe line. The template translation doesnt have any impact on this and cant find any translation option in the app. Is there any way to change/translate this line?

You can translate the text or change the wording using the language editor, which can be found under the Themes section of the Shopify admin. From within the language editor, you can search for the keyword(s) to filter to narrow the list, or you can locate the field under the Checkout & system tab.

The mentioned part is already translated on our site, but sadly it doesnt have any impact in the newsletter created by Shopify Email app. As i see in the email coding, it is hardcoded in the email 😞

If the translation for Shopify Email needs be done through hardcoding, then it may not be an available option at this time. However, I'd be happy to share your feedback as a feature request with our development team. If Shopify moves forward with any changes or new releases, then we'll be sure to announce them on the Shopify Changelog.
That being said, I understand that your store is selling in a different language, so it makes sense that you need to translate the entire newsletter. Since there are some limitations with Shopify Email, then are you open to trying a third-party mailing app for your newsletters? If so, then I'd recommend taking a look at Klaviyo or Omnisend. If you need any help with one of these apps, then the developers are always available to assist you. Simply reach out to them directly through the contact information found in the Support section of their app pages.
