How can I update all products in my store despite rate limit issues?

HELLO 

i am trying to update the products existed in the stores the count is 424
but shopify rate_limit is 250 i tried adding last_id flag to the get products
endpoint so i can updates all the variants but i didn't work as expected it keeps skipping some items

can you please suggest some solution ?
