How can I upload product certification for TikTok in Shopify?

Shopify syncs products to tiktok, reviews the rejection status, and prompts

The following errors occurred: Upload product certification in Seller Center
Clicking update will jump to the Tiktok Seller Center, but Tiktok currently does not have a link to the product, so the certification file cannot be uploaded.
