How can I use a payment gateway in UAE without a trade license?

Dear,

I open my Shopify account and already create my store. I am working UAE and here I try to use any payment gateway but unfortunately without trade license I can't use any payment gateway.

Please advise me because every month I am paying Shopify fee but it's useless for me because of trade license.
