How can I use a subscription app without its payment method on Shopify?

Hello I have a store on Shopify that is based on subscription.  I live in a country that doesn't support Shopify payments, hence I can't use most of the subscription apps.  On the other hand the payment getaway I'm using has recurrent payments which needs to be done manually after a customer places an order through their website.  Is there a way that I can use a subscription based app's back end to show the order after someone orders something in their account and show how long do they still have in there subscription and use my own payment getaway payment?  So basically use all the subscription app features without the payment method.
