How can Ukrainian app developers get paid in the App Store?

Hello, 

how to get payment for your published App in App Store living in Ukraine? I see only PayPal as an accepted method but it does not work in Ukraine. Is that mean if you live in Ukraine you can sell your App in Shopify App Store?
