How can we efficiently track classroom donations by recipient?

Hello,

we're considering allowing parents to donate money to their childs teachers classrooms.

In a perfect world this would get transferred to an e-wallet so the teacher could then shop our store with those funds.  But, as long as we can track the donations, we can then make gift cards.

This is something that needs to be easily repeatable because we do this at several schools and each school has 10-30 teachers.

Any apps or suggestions youve seen?
