How can we manage customer reward points with EngageMessage?

We are using EngageMessage with out Shopify site and we have seen reward points added to customers once they purchase our products.  Where can we manage reward points?  We didn't set them up so I'm wondering if they were automatically set up when we added EngageMessage to our site.
