It looks like SMSA Express has an app on Shopify, SMSA Shipping App, and you can try using this to connect with their shipping rates. However, it's also worth noting that their app hasn't been updated in awhile so if you encounter any issues with this app, then we'd recommend getting help with third-party apps from the developer. You can get in touch with them directly through the contact information found at the bottom of their app's page. 

I noticed that you're a new member of our Shopify Community! Once you've had a chance to look at SMSA Shipping App, I'd love to hear more about your business and share some resources to help you get started.  What kinds of products are you selling? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?
