Hello,
I'm using Klaviyo to send emails and I would like to disable all notifications automatically sent to customers by shopify, such as order confirmation, fulfillment, order cancelled, etc, because I already do this with klaviyo.
I can't find any option to disable those from shopify itself and I'm afraid that customers are getting two emails with the same subject because of this.

To share some insight, most shipping, order, and customer account notifications are automatically sent to customers and cannot be disabled. While I can completely understand the impact of this, there are a few notifications that can be turned off when processing orders.
These notifications include:
To disable the above notifications and learn more about this feature, you can check out our New Order Notification document as it touches on this further.
Additionally, I've gone ahead and shared these notes with our Developers. We are always looking for ways to improve the platform and appreciate the feedback.

I've already managed to deactivate those, my question was about the rest because it's not at all convenient for customers to receive two emails about the same subject. I really hope they change that...

That's absolutely ridiculous. Especially being that the generic emails Shopify has preloaded are atrocious and can not be edited to fit a store's branding other than logo and "accent color"
