How do I activate the Teeinblue app?

I am trying to connect Teeinblue to my Shineon app. When I press the button to activate Teeinblue, I get a shopify page that says trouble loading page. When I clicked status for Shopify, it says my checkout page was having trouble with SHOP (as of earlier today) and that it is being investigated. I'm just trying to figure out why I can't activate. Thank you.

Thanks for your post, I'm happy to look into this with you. 

 

Just to confirm, do you get this error when trying to add the Teeinblue app to your Shopify account, or when adding the Shineon app to Shopify, or is the function you're trying to complete not on Shopify at all? If you could include a screenshots of the errors you're seeing (where it says there's trouble loading the page, and the checkout page message), that would be super helpful.

and what happens as I progress through the steps (first, second, etc).
