Someone has messaged me through the store chat every day for over a week now, and every time they message it creates a new conversation and new customer. They are not a customer and it is unrelated to purchasing products from my store. I block the conversations, but I can't find anything on how to block the sender so future conversations don't go through. All I can see is to block a conversation, but it just keeps creating new conversations.

Thanks for reaching out to Shopify community. In order to take action against the spammer or troller then you need to reach out to Shopify Support.
Please share the all messages to the Support with screenshots so that the support members take action immediately.
