How do I correctly install an app proxy?

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to build an app with app proxies, but I'm having some difficulties:
- In the URL field of the app must I enter the same URL that I will enter in the URL proxy field?
- Using the "test your app" button it appears to install the app in the development store, however, going to the development store dashboard I don't see the app installed. How come?

In the app proxy setup process, make sure to enter the correct URL in the app's URL field and the URL proxy field for the proxy server. When using the "test your app" button, the app may install in your account but might not appear in the development store dashboard for others. This could be due to limited installation scope or separate environments. Additional validation or approval processes may also be required. For specific guidance, consult the documentation or support resources provided by your app development platform.

Thanks @Hojimeb992  for the reply, however I still have some doubts. I'll try to explain my situation in more detail. I'm developing a web application in angular that runs on localhost:4200. Using ngrok tunneling I mapped the address https://***.ngrok-free.app to localhost:4200. At this point in my shopify partner dashboard I created an app with the following settings:
URL: https://***.ngrok-free.app
Callback URL: https://***.ngrok-free.app
subpath prefix: apps
subpath: foo
Proxy url: https://***.ngrok-free.app

Using my partner dashboard, I created a development store at https://***.myshopify.com.
Then I went to "test my app" and selected the created store. At this point I expected to see the app in the store apps, but it doesn't appear. I also expected to be able to access the app from https://***.myshopify.com/apps/foo, but that's not the case. Where am I doing wrong?
