We deleted the app last year but it looks like remnants still appear on our shop and I don't know how to remove them. Any suggestions?

Hi @Noeldole,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, are referring to the third-party app Split Payment & Deposit

If so, I'd encourage you to contact the app developer directly. This will allow them to take a closer look and ensure any left over coding is successfully removed from your theme.

To connect with the app developer, you can head into the Shopify App Store and scroll down to the 'Built by SpurIT UAB' section to view their support options.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Hi Blair,
Thanks for the quick reply. We are trying to remove Splitit (not Split Payment) which doesn't seem to be found on Shopify any longer, not sure why. We removed the app months ago and knew that remnants remained but never had the time to do anything about it. Now we want to deal with it but I can't even find them in the app store anymore. I will try to reach out to them directly I guess but thought I might find a solution here in case anyone else had experienced the same. We never did manage to get the app to work at all hence our reason to delete.

Hi @Noeldole,

Thank you for the prompt response and sharing those additional details.

As it seems I'm unable to locate the app within the Shopify App Store as well, I'd encourage you to connect with them directly. I was able to locate their support email  success@splitit.com, where they should be able to take a closer look and ensure it gets resolved.

Alternatively, you can look into hiring a Shopify Expert to help with those code adjustments. These are trusted third-party agencies and freelancers that help build your business. To learn more, you can check out our Expert Marketplace.
