How do I embed a custom application into my ecommerce page?

Okay, I need help. My problem is that I want to embed my custom application into my Shopify page, but I don't know how to do it. My goal is to make a section that allows clients to calculate the price of their **bleep**, like a quote, but this section works with parameters that my custom application handles, which means that section is my app. This application has to place on the main page, but I read the Shopify Documentation, and I don't found any result for my problem
