How do I enable private apps for supplier access?

I need to enable private apps for giving access to my supplier agency. They'll downloand and connect their own app to my account. In a year or 2 years ago there was apps section below the discounts but right now they changed the appearance thats why i couldn't find it

Private apps have been replaced by "custom apps". Here's a link to another post where Shopify explain the difference.
