How do I enter a sale in the POS app?

I have installed the Shopify POS App and I can't figure out how to enter a sale. I have watched several YouTube videos and thy don't show how to open the app and what to do next.

Can tech support please give me a call and walk me through it? I will be leaving this weekend for an event and I need to be able to ring up my customers.
