How do I finalize my Facebook commerce account setup?

Good evening,

I am needed assistance with finalizing the setup with my Facebook commerce account. I will attach what shows on my screen.
After configuring the tax section that they wanted me to do in order to adhere to their guidelines, this conflict showed. I’m not sure how to fix this or what to do. Please help so I can sell on Facebook and IG.
