How do I fix glitches when creating a brand app on Shopify?

Hi,

I've been running my own brand as white screen . Now I want to create a shopify app for my brand. Whenever I try to create the app, it suddenly gives a glitch and no longer responds. 

Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
