How do I integrate Contrado to my shopify store? Before, there was an app , please, can you help?

Hello, In the past, we were able to link Contrado products from their web site to the Shopify store. There is no more Contrado app.. Is there a way to integrate both please? Any hint would be very much appreciated.Thank you and have a blessed day all

I've done a search for the Contrado app within our Shopify App Store and cannot locate it on my end either. This is likely due to the fact that the app has been unpublished from our App Store, either because the developers are currently refining it or they have decided to remove it entirely.

For further context, when apps are removed from the App Store, they typically can stay installed on stores that have previously downloaded them in the past and are still continuing to use them. Those that are attempting to install it after the app has been unpublished from the App Store cannot proceed with a download, however.

We won't be able to confirm whether or not the Contrado app will return to our Shopify App Store — if you'd like to verify this, you can reach out to the Contrado support team directly as they're in the best position to provide you with an update on their integration with Shopify.

Out of curiosity, is there a specific reason why you'd like to use the Contrado app in particular on your store? They look to be a Print on Demand supplier, so if you're on the lookout for a Print on Demand app you can browse other alternatives on our App Store here.

Kimi, I am having problems with my Contrado app and I'm not getting any customer service response from Contrado. It's been 22 days since I submitted a ticket to them and there has been no reply.

Given this, my question to you us: If I uninstall the Contrado app, will my Contrado listings be deleted from Shopify? I am considering inputting the Contrado orders manually.

I was in a customer service chat for something entirely unrelated and was told Contrado was discontinuing dropshipping as of August 1 and that they notified artists on May 1 with a 3-month warning. I receive a dozen e-mails a week from Contrado and nothing about this directly.

I understood from Contrado that you should now uninstall the app, as you can not reinstall it. They wanted to stop with dropshipping, but recently decided to continue. My assumption is that the app will return someday.....

Contrado does still work with Shopify but I am finding problems with it for me - Shipping Notifications don't get sent to the customer, only to me as store admin.

I had to ununstall the old app and reinstall the new app for it to work.

Wow - so your customers get notifications?!  I am pretty sure I'm using the current version but I will uninstall and try again if that helps.

Hi there, just wondering if your Contrado app is working properly? When people order more than one item from Contrado on your store are all of products successfully integrated to Contrado? I have had situations where none of the products get integrated to Contrado, and others where only one of two items get synced to Contrado. Are you experiencing the same thing?

Also, are the shipping notifications sent by Contrado or are you manually sending the customers the shipping notifications? Thanks in advance for your help.

When you uninstalled the old Contrado app and reinstalled the new one, were any of your product listings affected? Did you have to resync the listings and fix the listings on the Shopify side?
