Hi,

Looking for advice for this issue and I'm on a standard Shopify plan:

I need to create a system on my shopify site. I need customers to select NDIS checkout, be sent to a simple form to complete details , then sign a secure form, and then an invoice sent automatically to the defined 3rd party. Is this process possible using a mix of forms and third party apps?

The information on the form needs to be kept private and held securely.
