How do I publish my app on Shopify Store.?

Hi,

I have built an app that shows a popup for first-time users. It is a theme extension app and I have tested it and am ready to publish. There are a few questions on which I am stuck

1) What is App URL and Allowed redirection URL(s). According to my understanding theme extension apps are hosted on Shopify itself so what is the significance of these? Are these page URLs that give details of the app? 

2) What do I input in Compliance Webhooks? I am not using any customer data.

Can anyone please explain these points or point me to appropriate tutorials?
