How do I remove a deactivated Smart Badge from my website?

Hello Team, 

We have been informed that Shopify Smart badge has been deactivated. Unfortunately for us , the offer created via Smart Badge still shows on our website and is creating a lot of customer issues. We tried but are not able to delete this badge from website. Need your support on what are the steps to resolve it ?

Hi @alshaya can you please post the URL of you store? I'll try to help you with some suggestions

@alshaya you most likely have some remaining app code in your theme that you need to remove.

I would reach out to the app developer first to ask them to fully uninstall it.

If that's not possible, have your developer read the product card snippet, it's usually called something like product-thumbnail.liquid or product-grid.liquid. Once in that file you can read the code to see where these badges are showing up and then remove that code.
