How do I resolve a Facebook Marketing setup issue with prepaid balance?

when i try to connect to Facebook ads this message come to me 

This ad account couldn’t be added to the selected Business Manager because it has a prepaid balance. You can use a different ad account to continue.

and i spend all money in my Facebook balance to fix it but it still not connected and still come to me 

i don't know what  can i do to fix it please someone help me
