How do I set up OceanPayment on my ecommerce site?

I am based in Panama and Shopify gives me two options for accepting payments - Payoneer and Oceanpayments. I have no idea how to set up oceanpayments as it is asking for a terminal and secret code? Bizarre. I have emailed them. No response. Should I be setting up payoneer instead? It appears that Oceanpayments supports more ways to pay and seems like the better option but I honestly dont have a clue. First time in ecommerce and I havent launched yet. Please help!
