How do I setup a SMS opt in box with Klayvio and have it connect to my Postscript?

I really like the sign up forms that Klayvio has, but I can't seem to get the connection right to have all the numbers get automatically synced into my Postscript account (Postscript is easier for me). Then also, I love the email marketing of shopify and would love to have all the Klayvio email signs up sync to my shopify customer base. If anyone can help me connect the two apps and help me setup a SMS/email opt in box on the password page and the footer of my shop, I would be extremely thankful.
