I keep getting charge for an app that I canceled help how do I make the stop and how do I get my money back?
Hi,
If the app has been uninstalled and is not accessible from your Shopify backend, then you will have to reach Shopify Support to get this checked and report the unusual deductions to them. A public-listed app will immediately respond to such situations.
At times reaching the app team through their website has also helped but this varies case to case.
