How do I use an API token for automatic product data request?

Hi All,

I would really appreciate your help.

I have an API Token from one of my suppliers so that it can automatically request product data from then on quantity and such.

I however do not know what I need to do to make it work or were to enter copy it so that it works automatically within the shops ecosystem
