App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
As we are building Kefi Commerce, we’re curious—how do you design announcement bars or promo banners that grab attention without feeling too pushy? I'd love to hear your strategies for keeping things effective yet subtle!

Customer expectations differ depending on the business/product so it's important to test, but for a DTC brand we recommend against offering a straight discount. Instead highlighting a free shipping threshold or a multi-buy offer. We've also seen success with intrigue banners, ending with things like Learn More, Explore the collection etc. These help to drive traffic to a specific page or collection without sounding too forceful.
Using emoji can also add a playful element to a message, especially for seasonal promotions.
Finally, be selective. An evergreen banner loses effectiveness, especially with returning customers.
Hope this helps
