How do you optimize interactive product guides for customers?

I am currently building a platform that enables store owners to build interactive product guides to help their customers to find the best product for their needs. I would love to get feedback on the approach and I am searching for ways to get in contact with store owners. How do you get feedback on your apps to optimize the experience and create more value for the user?
