How does data storage work with the Thank You Page Customizer app?

Hi,

I'm wondering what happens to the data after a customer makes a selection on a choice menu that has been set up by the Thank You Page Customizer app.

For example, does each choice get stored in a dashboard so that it is referable/matchable to the relevant order/purchase? 

Also, is the data easily exportable to excel or an accounting platform?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
