How does order fulfillment work with DSers?

im very confused once an order is placed through my store and im selling am item through dser do i still have to manually buy the item and out in the users info to buy it for them

So do I pay for the product on ali or is it already paid once it's order
from my store

Regarding your concern, you will need to make payments for the ordered products on DSers dashboard and from that point, you do not need to worry anything since DSers will take care the rest for the fulfillment.
