How long should I wait to get access to the 'read all orders' scope?

I applied for 'read all orders' scope from Shopify two weeks ago. Despite sharing detailed app information and reasons, I still got no response. When I'm trying to contact with the shopify support team, I'm getting an automated response that directs me to create a ticket here. So, can I get a response, even if declined, to understand my next steps? Currently feels like Shopify ignored my request without explanation.
