How should I integrate CRM and eCommerce platforms for optimal load time?

We are getting ready for a launch in a few months and I have gone through the process of which apps I need to accomplish all aspects for the site. However I have not been able to get a clear answer on how and where to integrate them. For example:

I will be utilizing ReAmaze as our CRM and integrate it with Shopify. Now when adding an app like, Loyalty Lion for example, which has integrates natively with both ReAmaze and Shopify.

My question is do I integrate with both? One or the other?

I have a few apps that create the same scenario, which concerns me as I am trying to keep my load time as quick as possible.

Any suggestions or insight are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
