How to accept terms of service on the Facebook App?

Hi.

I am having an issue accepting terms of service feom the Facebook channel.

I can connect the Business Manager and my Facebook account, but when I click on connect Ad Manager, the heading pops up that shows that I have to accept terms of service, but it doest show the below text where I actually have to click to read the terms and services.
