How to activate a discount code for a gift with minimum purchase?

in practice, I should activate a discount code that allows you to receive a product with a minimum purchase of 20.00. The gift product should be automatically published when the coupon code is entered in the checkout. I noticed that Shopify doesn't allow this, do you know any apps that could fix this?
