How to add additional product variants that match website theme

I am wanting to add more product variants than the 3 shopify allow to one product on the site. Are there any third-party apps that match the website theme? - I am using the theme dawn.

I have tried a few but the buttons and font sizes aren't a close enough match. Or is the only way to effectively display this is by showing all the variants through the app so they look the same?
