how to add custom checkout ui app to merchant store

hey I'm new to this , could somebody please tell how ,

I have created the app and checkout UI extension using Shopify CLI and I have verified it works on a development store created from my partner account. The extension is versioned and deployed. I set up distribution as a single link for the Shopify Plus merchant and installed it on that Shopify Plus store. After installing the app, , it did not show up in the store checkout app block

Can anyone help out here?
