How to add Euro shipping zone to Printful using Advanced Shipping Rules?

I am selling products from Printful.com on Shopify, and using the Advanced Shipping Rules app to get live rates from Printful.

Currently there is only USA as a zone in ASR

How do I add Europe as a zone for Printful in ASR? I only see an option to add SUB Zone
