How to add Pinterest to sales channels without running ads?

Hello,

I would like to add Pinterest to my Sales Channels. I do not want to run ads on Pinterest for now as I am new on Shopify. However, whilst doing the set up it is asking me to do the 'final step'.. 'add billing'. Is that just the normal process of setting up a Pinterest account?

It is also showing 'an ad account was created automatically and linked to your account'.
