Hi @candlemomma77,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with creating and adding store policies to the shop, to ensure this gets resolved.

To get started, I recommend checking out our Adding Store Policies documentation. It touches on the various types of policies available for the shop, as well as how to create them. While these can be generated using our default template, you are welcome to add style and formatting to customize them further.

We also have a great Creating Policies Video that covers these steps as well, making the process as simple as possible. It outlines however, you can:

  • Head to Settings > Policies, from the Shopify admin.
  • Enter your store policies, or click Create from template to enter the default template. Use the rich text editor to add style and formatting to your policies, and to add links and images.

  • Review your policies and make any changes.

  • Click Save to add your policies.

Once this has been successfully completed, you will want to add those newly created policies to the shops navigation. To achieve this, you can:

  • Go to Online Store > Navigation.
  • Click the name of the menu where you want to add the policy.
  • Add the policies that you want to the menu:
    1. Click Add menu item.
    2. Enter a name for the policy’s menu item, and then search for your policy.
    3. Click Add.
  • Click Save menu.

Please let me know if you have any other concerns.
