How to add TAX excpetion with FLOW APP?

I'm trying to do a very basic flow, after form submission, I need to add a TAX exception for the user. But it didnt WORK :(((((((

Its not possible to find any infromation about TAX exception

What metafield name i need to use?

What key is correct?
