How to apply a discount code using Create Quick Checkout URL API?

how can we apply the discount code in when I create the checkout URL using the Create Quick Checkout URL api,

im using this api with paylod

https://app.sealsubscriptions.com/shopify/merchant/api/quick-checkout-url

I need to apply the discount code when I redirect the web browser to the checkout URL and this api will give me such a URL.
