How to auto-tag and prioritize restocked products in a collection?

Does anyone know of an app that will automatically tag a product when it comes back in stock and then moves that product to the top of a specific collection? Basically when a product comes back in stock, I want to have it on the back in stock collection, but show at the top based on newest restocked. As it stands now I have no way to sort the collection based on restock date and I have to manually tag restocked products.

We use https://apps.shopify.com/collection-sort-pulsar-lens to sort some collections daily with most recent inventory received.  They also have advanced options for creating a custom sort where you can fine tune sort.

Thanks, I did actually find this very app this week and got it all set up and it indeed does work for what we need. Appreciate the recommendation though.
