I run a personalised POD store and want an app that can collect (or send) a customer image directly to a google drive where it can be picked up by our artists.
Does anyone know a solution for this?
Thanks!
Hey @Deniz2 ,
I'd take a look at either "Image Upload" apps, or apps able to create custom forms or custom customer forms with "upload file" options.
I think you should be able to find one that suits your needs if you browse a bit in the Shopify App Store https://apps.shopify.com/
I hope that your store will open successfully and will bring you profit. My brother also recently opened his small online store related to photo printing. But for a very long time, he couldn't find good cloud storage to store information from both customers and store information there. He was advised by Technology Consultancy and took advantage of their services. It greatly facilitated the work in his store. So I recommend that you try to make cloud storage convenient.
Hi, @Deniz2 !
Is Google Drive the only viable option? If you are open to a slightly different approach, Approval Studio may help! It has a file uploader option that automatically sends the image that the customer uploaded in the shop as a reference file to the Approval Studio project. Then, artists can download it from there and use it however they like, with no quality reduction. And later you can even let your customers approve the design before it gets sent to them)
